Mold Removal
Mold can grow in as little as 48 hours. Molds thrive in moist and humid environments feeding on organic, biodegradable and cellulose building materials. Samples can be collected and tested for spore types and density. Once identified, the mold can be removed and re-mediated paving the way to commence with repairs sooner rather than later. Using our NorCal Disaster Restoration Clean protocols, we get the job done right the first time. This saves you time and money.
Lead Removal
Lead based paint was banned in 1998. It takes as little as 10 mg. of lead dust to contaminate 15-25 square feet. Health risks of lead exposure can cause permanent damage. Let us help you identify the risks before it is too late.
Asbestos Removal
When dealing with older structures the likelihood of possible asbestos-containing building materials (PACM) is high. When we arrive on schene one of our priorities is to identify these hazards, whether it be friable surfacing material, friable thermal system insulation (TSI), or non-friable bulk material and then classify it as significantly damaged, damaged, or in good condition before proceeding with restoration services that might cause vibrations, airflow, or introducing contact with any potential hazardous material. This is highest among our priorities to protecting families as well as our own employees from exposre.
Sanitizing and Extraction
Sanitizing may be required for non-porous surfaces on a (category 3) black water situation. Biocides and anti-microbials are often overused and hazardous to nature. We believe in restricting its use and controlling microorganisms through source removal, removing water, and reducing humidity in the effort to reduce microbial growth. Extraction is a key component to the drying process and should be done every time. With our high powered truck mount system and recovery tanks we can recover liquid water in a short period of time and reduce the amount of drying time needed to achieve the drying goal.
